Sponsor Terms & Conditions – United States Staffing Association Members and Sponsors

1. Sponsorship Visibility

Sponsorship benefits (logo placement, mentions, training co-hosting, etc.) are delivered according to the selected tier level. Scheduling of events and placements is at the discretion of the Association.

2. Content Submission & Usage

Sponsors may submit offers, event promotions, or downloadable content. All submissions must be approved. The Association reserves the right to edit or reject content not aligned with community standards.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Sponsorships are billed monthly. Cancellations must occur before the next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for unused visibility or partial months.

4. Performance Disclaimer

The Association does not guarantee sponsor exposure will result in sales, leads, or engagement outcomes. All sponsor deliverables are for visibility and branding purposes only.

5. Intellectual Property

Sponsors retain rights to submitted content but grant the Association non-exclusive rights to share it within the portal and community.

6. Indemnification

Sponsors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Association from any claims arising from submitted content, offers, or actions related to their sponsorship participation.
