Member Terms & Conditions – United States Staffing Association Members and Sponsors

1. Membership Access

Members receive access to exclusive digital resources, community forums, and peer learning events through a secure member portal. Membership is non-transferable.

2. Community Guidelines

Members are expected to maintain professional, respectful engagement. Harassment, spam, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund.

3. Cancellation & Access

Members may cancel anytime via their account portal. Access to member resources and community features ends immediately upon cancellation.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. Membership renews monthly unless canceled prior to the billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, and tools are owned by the Association and may not be copied, sold, or distributed without permission.

6. Use of Forums & Events

Participation in community spaces and virtual events implies consent to respectful dialogue. Moderators reserve the right to remove or block members who violate guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Association is not liable for business outcomes based on the use of any resources or advice shared.
